The MagicalMysteryPlantTour is not a free tour. No carmakers, or other people pay for it. This is not a money-making venture for us. The price of the tour is EUR 5,875.- per person if paid by wire/bank transfer. This will buy air tickets (Economy), hotels, transfers, and the full tour program. No too much for round-the-world planes, trains, and all-you-can-eat automobiles. To cover fees, price is EUR 6,228.- if you pay by credit card or PayPal.
How can we offer a 17-day trip (nearly) around the world for so little? This is a no-profit community service. We all work for free. There are no markups. Tickets and hotels are yours at our cost. Please note that as this is no commercial tour, we may all have to pitch in in help out if the unforeseeable happens. This is a crazy tour of friends, not a cruise.
To keep costs down, payment with credit cards or PayPal is discouraged, but possible. It will cost more to cover sometimes exorbitant fees. Book now!
The booking of partial segments is possible at a price of EUR 350.- per country segment. The U.S ., Japan. China, and the UK count each as one segment. The EUR 350.- cover participation in all MagicalMysteryPlantTour’s activities, plant tours, seminars for that segment, including any bus transfers. This segment fee does NOT include: Flights, train tickets, hotels, meals, you will be responsible for those. You will receive information on where and when to link up with the main group (usually airport or hotel).
